Military accommodation
A limited number of rooms are available free of charge in close neighbourhood to the lecture hall on the premises of the Bundeswehr Medical Academy. The rooms are military basic standard. Not all of them are equipped with an own bathroom.
Military accommodation will be assigned to applicants by February, 28th, 2013 at the latest. Military and governmental participants will be given priority. A confirmation will be sent by e-mail. If the number of requests exceeds the number of available rooms, you may receive a negative reply. In this case we kindly recommend referring to the hotel list for booking an accommodation. If you are assigned a military accommodation which you do no longer need we kindly ask you to inform the organizers as early as possible.
Hotel accommodation
The following hotels have been selected that offer a limited number of rooms at special conference rates. The recommended hotels are also connected to the complimentary bus shuttle service available during the conference. In order to make your reservation at the special conference rate you will need your registration code and credit card number (onsite self-pay). So please make sure to register for the Conference before booking the hotel accommodation.
At the same time, there is also the "LASER 2013 World of Photonics" in Munich. Therefore, please register as soon as possible to get the registration code and book a room as soon as possible.
