Military accommodation:

A limited number of rooms are available free of charge in close neighborhood to the lecture hall on the premises of the Bundeswehr Medical Academy. The rooms are military basic standard. Not all of them are equipped with an own bathroom. Military accommodation will be assigned to applicants by 31 May 2012 at the latest. Military and governmental participants will be given priority. A confirmation will be sent by e-mail. If the number of requests exceeds the number of available rooms, you may receive a negative reply. In this case we kindly recommend to refer to the hotel list for booking an accommodation.

Participants booked for military rooms are kindly asked to have their breakfast in the in the barracks canteen or officer´s club. Payment is to be done cash or by charging the prepaid electronic value card.

If you are assigned a military accommodation which you do no longer need we kindly ask you to inform the organizers as early as possible.

 

Hotel accommodation:

The following hotels have been selected that offer a limited number of rooms at special conference rates which are valid until May 21, 2012. The recommended hotels are also connected to the complimentary bus shuttle service available during the conference.

In order to make your reservation at the special conference rate you will need to contact the hotels directly and quote "BUNDESWEHR" (this is your registration code).

So please make sure to register for the Conference before booking the hotel accommodation.
