Registration:

To register please fill out and send the registration form below prior to the registration deadline. The Conference is open to registered participants only. Since it takes place in a military venue, participants are required to register in advance and have their passport/identity card at hand when entering the military premises. Admission will only be given to authorized (registered) participants. Please note that on-site-registration is ONLY possible in exceptional cases with prior written consent of the Conference Office.

Upon submission of the online registration form you will receive a letter of confirmation containing your invoice for the charges as booked. The invoice and the letter of confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Please note that you will need your registration letter when checking in at the registration desk and when booking a hotel accommodation at the special conference rate.

Payment must be effected in advance either by bank transfer or by using our online payment facility. Please find all the details on payment options in your invoice. We kindly ask you to settle the account within two weeks upon receipt of the invoice.

Conference fee:

The regular conference fee is 90,00 EUR

Delegates and Participants from NATO MILMED COE Sponsoring Nations* and the United States are eligible for a reduced 70,00 EUR registration fee.

*The following nations may register with the lower cost:

- Germany
- Hungary
- The Netherlands
- Czech Republic
- Romania
- France
- Italy
- United States

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations received in writing more than one month prior to the start of the event (until 25 May 2012) will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations received in writing within one month of the start date of the event (after 25 May 2012) will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount.

- A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts and no fees will be applied to this.

- Written notification of cancellation and refund requests must be addressed to the Conference Office (info@bsbb.de)
